Feeling so much better! 217- 167 =50lbs gone! 30 lost with my friends at the center!

Looking back through the pictures on my phone, I could remember every moment of those photos, thinking to myself, hide behind someone so you can hide half of your body, make sure you get in the middle, make sure you stick your chin out, make sure you stand up a little taller, make sure you tell the person holding the camera to hold it up higher.

I’m eating so much cleaner and I feel so much better! I am also working on my overall health!

I know we’re all busy but try to do something for yourself every single day, we have to be here for those who love us, and it starts with our health, both mental and physical!
