She went missing September 1st, 11 weeks after she was already reported missing once this year. This is a new, active alert. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension leads a statewide Human Trafficking Investigators Task Force in partnership with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, Minneapolis and St. Paul police departments, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Ramsey County Attorney's Office. In July 2025, that task force conducted a two-day enforcement operation in St. Paul, resulting in 10 arrests of individuals who had arranged encounters with who they believed were minors, and the recovery of three female victims from documented situations of concern. That task force is active. That city is part of the metro Caleia is believed to travel. The Twin Cities metro is a dense, transit-connected region — a teenager with a prior disappearance and no confirmed destination can move across county and city lines without ever attracting notice. Andover sits approximately 20 miles north of Minneapolis in Anoka County, where the Anoka County Sheriff's Office has documented multiple missing juvenile cases over the past two years, including a prolonged disappearance from Andover specifically. The danger here is not hypothetical. It is documented, local, and active.
