Goldenrod is a very beneficial "w**d" and often mistakenly blamed for allergies. Traditional it's used for:

Urinary health: a mild diuretic (increases urine flow) to help flush out the kidneys and bladder

A friend was planning on having his field brush hogged and said I could harvest all the Mullein I wanted. There was more than I had time to gather, but I was able to collect quite a bit. I mostly focused on 1st year plants to get the roots.
