As Southern Colorado Renaissance Faire comes to a close, I must thank several individuals! The first person I'd like to thank is entertainment director, Master Dragonfly! This man worked continuously since December of 2025 to bring a creative, colorful and entertaining taste of Renaissance to you! He is actually the one responsible for the idea that Southern Colorado needed this event. Thank you my friend Master Dragonfly, aka Phil Salazar owner of Dragon Dojo. Another important mention is Pirate King Whiskey Jack and his beautiful Queen Turtle. They were both responsible in bringing Pirate Village and pirates from the northern part of Colorado, thank you both for the great addition! Arrrr! Pathfinder Event Center was amazing to work with, very accommodating both Dwayne and Bre, thank you both. Parks and Rec also allowed us the use of our Fern Willow, we are grateful. I'd like to thank our many specialty vendors that came from various states and our beautiful state of Colorado. The entertainment crew were crowd pleasers including Dragon Dojo Aerial Team, The Knights of Mayhem world Champion Jousters Charlie Andrews featured on National Geographic, Mermaid Snapdragon pod with Dust Bunny Decor, Nowhere's End Absinthe, Elida the Unicorn Fairy and her magical Unicorn, the Okest Magician, Valkyrie Dance Collection, Colorado Wolf Kissed , Musketeer Man, Sword Master Dave, LARP from Colorado Springs, King Whiskey Jacks Pirates, musician Brendan Balladeer from Oklahoma, Pagosa Springs face painter, Fairy Queen, King Henry & Queen Elizabeth, Princess Lily, Mary Queen of Scots of the Highland Rockies, local and out of state food vendors including famous Oscars Meat Pies, Town Crier, Florence Fire Department EMTs, promoter IWS Events, The Magic Bucket, Outside The Frame parking lot attendants, Twin Enviro, Canon City Daily Record, Mountain Wookies, Flower & Mortar Herbal Co . Home Hearth Pottery , Florence Enchanted Genie LLC , Florence Merchants Association, Papas Pizza, Ret Dizynes, Tortuga Beer Garden Taylor & Neal, Mead makers, Florence Brewery, Florence Chamber of Commerce, Turco Spirit crew of security and admission staff, the county of Fremont, and lastly Turco Spirit Events. It took a very large team of about 400 individuals to bring about a successful show Southern Colorado Renaissance Faire. We would like to thank the amazing patrons as well.
