If you haven't worked in contractor field , this probably isn't for the beginner .
I might consider an apprentice that picks up on challenges at a steady pace.
Must be capable of having fun at work; 9 seasons later I'm still enjoying what we do for people , ITS REWARDING We don't punch a time clock,we turn on some music & rock!!
