From time to time, I hear comments that my vendor booth fees seem high priced at first glance ($100-125 per show). However, it is important to compare the actual value and display space being offered.

Many smaller events charge $40 to $50 for a single 8' x 30" table, which provides approximately 20 square feet of display space. At an average cost of $45, that comes out to roughly $2.25 per square foot.

By comparison, a 10' x 10' booth space provides 100 square feet of room, accommodating 2-3 full banquet tables along with space for displays, storage, and customer interaction. At $100, that is only $1 per square foot, offering significantly more room and flexibility for showcasing products.

Larger booth fees also typically reflect more professional event production. This often means more broad and valuable marketing efforts, stronger attendance, enhanced event infrastructure, and a broader vendor mix. Increased marketing budgets help attract more shoppers, creating greater opportunities for vendors to connect with customers and increase sales potential.

When comparing vendor fees, consider how much space you are actually receiving and the potential sales opportunity the event may provide. Happy Vending!

WOW! Western Days park spaces are SOLD OUT! I have never sold out this fast before! I have 4 spaces left on the street. I will create a short wait list in case anyone drops out, but I already have 4 booths on that and will only take 8-10. Thank you!!

These guys were so awesome I went ahead and booked them for 2026 already! After the Rodeo Parade, catch Matt Martin & the 45's on stage at Western Days from Saturday, June 27 - 11 am-2 pm!

Oh my gosh what a wonderful Western Days weekend. HUGE thank you to all of my amazing vendors, great musicians, fantastic shopping attendees and supportive sponsors (Bigfoot Equipment Rental and Supply , Republic Services, Crook County Parks and Recreation District, Oregon Health Authority, and Janice Burges: Allstate Insurance).
