Dear friends…have hope and don’t give up.
I had fun making this ATC using STAMPlorations ATC paper goods:
• Whimsical Homes ATC pack
• Inspirational #1 Clear Stickers

I added some extra texture on it with white gesso, distress ink, and white paint splatter.

🌑 Blackout Technique with embossing folder is one fun way of cardmaking technique to create backgrounds.

✂️ I did several trials and ended up with this background to use on my card. I kept simply just white debossed backgroud using the Sizzix 3D embossing folder and then swipe the Chianti VersaFine Clair ink pad across the surface.

Welcome to the Hop! ✂️✨

This month, we’re challenging ourselves to create Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) using leftover die cuts, sentiments, and cardstock scraps. It’s the perfect way to turn those little bits and pieces into tiny works of art!

ATCs measure 2.5” x 3.5” and can be:
💌 tucked into happy mail
📚 saved on a ring to display your favorites
🤝 swapped with crafty friends
😊 left on a co-worker’s desk
🍱 added as a sweet surprise in a lunchbox

We share our snippets of happiness on the third Tuesday of each month at 8 AM Eastern.

I made this ATC today using the supplies from the :

To the ATC card base, I added some white gesso, Distress Ink Vintage Photo and Broken China ink around the edges, and then added some white paint splatters.
