Our latest project sold so quickly that we barely had time to post pictures. So here they are, better late than never.

This quaint 1959 home had such history. Previous owners were well connected in the community of Cedar Mill. Allen's family propagated Rhododendrons in SE Portland, and he was a landscape designer. Along with his wife Muriel, they helped found the Cedar Mill Library.

Their family home got a 21st century update, and now is home to a wonderful new family.
