Welcome, and thank you for stopping by!
Like many of us, I have spent a majority of my life exploring passion, meaning and purpose--as well as how others do the same--especially in the face of significant adversities. I have had several jobs and field practicums that align with this; human services research, mental health rehabilitation and treatment programs, social services, therapeutic activities, group work, and the (performing and visual) arts.
The arts have always been part of how I find meaning and joy, and recently with my academics and work with people as a social worker, too.
