Happy summer from Paint And Sip Portland! ☀️ Ready to take your creativity outside? I’m sharing three easy, joy filled projects you can try this weekend: chalk & tempera ground murals, simple sand sculptures, and meditative shadow tracing. They’re family-friendly, low-cost, and perfect for photos and feel-good memories.

I always recommend eco-friendly materials (tempera, chalk, soft pastels, never oil or acrylic on ground). Try sketching big shapes first, layering color, and tracing shadows at golden hour for dreamy results. Want to see chalk art in action? Check out the demo in the post and give it a go!
