Abstract art, digital design, photography. We are all connected. For real.

TheaRae is an artist, photographer, scientist, evolutionary, radical, teacher, dancer, writer, and naturalist. She focuses on highlighting the pattern and flow nature creates by capturing and creating images of everyday, simple beauty; beauty that may be missed in the hectic and often times stressful process of our daily routine. It only takes a moment to reconnect with our natural selves and bene

fit from a mini mindful vacation. By sharing her photography and design, as well as information about art, science, food, sustainability, and culture, TheaRae hopes to motivate others to experience the unnoticed beauty that exists inside us and around us and to learn more about how to harmonize within our global ecosystem. create:motivate:adapt THRiVE

Painting:

Multiple people can simultaneously observe a piece of abstract art and each perceive a different aspect of the whole, creating multiple accurate interpretations of the same situation. Everything we perceive is filtered through our own uniqueness, creating multiple shades of the same truth. Only by blending these shades can we experience the full extent of that truth. Understanding this concept is a key component of successful interpersonal harmony. The act of viewing and discussing abstract art allows us to practice this concept. It clearly illustrates the subjectivity of human perception, thus reinforcing the blending mechanism in our subconscious minds. Sometimes I hear the voice inside the canvas and pull out the painting that already exists there. Occasionally, I dream a painting and re-create it from memory. Rarely, I have a plan and attempt to carry it out... these tend to look very different from all the others. All photography, painting, and design ©Rachel Green unless otherwise specified.

Writing Exercise: Alliteration and Flow

Trade time for timing as internal paths travel through external pasts. Forge part and parcel, ’til future becomes final, manifesting fortitude to ever last.
Tongue-tying verbal trinkets of vice and vainglory do not serve to satisfy sanity accordingly. Perpetual precision, depth of delight… release rooted remnants, accept authentic flight. Trace and tackle crux before core, sing your sovereignty and begin to soar.
Stagnation seizes serene contemplation. Be adept at adopting adaptive ability, evolve to expand peripheral proclivity. Dare to disintegrate dark dogma and dread, instill brilliant intellect by bold creation instead. Reject rigidity and refuse to rot. Reinvent self-preservation, add symmetry to your lot.
