Floydian Slips The Slips are on a 28-year run that captures the essence of Floyd

Born from a one-off idea to play through Pink Floyd’s classic The Dark Side Of The Moon album during a single concert in 1997, Floydian Slips evolved into a musical ensemble on a 26-year run that captures the essence of Pink Floyd, with emphatic tone placed just right where it belongs in each song and performance. The band approaches the classic music with all the curmudgeon, stoniness, swagger an

d attitude of the men who wrote the songs, and never fails to impress the naysayers while delivering the specific notes in the right places to please any Pink Floyd fanatic. Each Floydian Slips concert is different, with unique set lists and special effects, and the band moves from “greatest hits” tributes to full-length album performances depending on its collective mood. Venues sold out include Portland’s Revolution Hall, Crystal Ballroom, Aladdin and Roseland Theaters, and in Eugene, Oregon, The Cuthbert, Hult Center, McDonald Theater and Oregon County Fair. Having performed The Dark Side Of The Moon, Animals and The Wall in their entirety many times, set lists have included most of the Wish You Were Here album, as well as select material from A Saucerful of Secrets, Meddle, and A Momentary Lapse of Reason, all played with great care to reproduce the original sounds and emotions of The Floyd as closely as possible.

Big news for 2026! Floydian Slips bring the Pacific Northwest’s most authentic and longest-running Pink Floyd tribute to Revolution Hall on Saturday September 12, 2026 for a lights, lasers and live music experience rooted in the band’s 29 years of playing homage to Pink Floyd’s music and vision.

For the first time, the Slips will tackle all phases of the Floyd’s voluminous catalog in one night and will perform these classics and deep cuts in chronological order from The Piper at the Gates of Dawn to The Division Bell, done with the Slips’ usual attention and rigor to the musical details you’ve come to know, love and expect from the band.

The vibrant lights and lasers are back, and the show is all ages as the band continues its almost 30-year mission to keep the music and live experience of the Pink Floyd front and center for generations past, present and future. Alan Toribio and Paul Lesinski Music took a field trip to the Brit Floyd - The Pink Floyd Tribute Show at the Keller on Tuesday. Huge thanks to our pal Andrew for the hookup. The band and show were epic, as expected. Huge props to whoever on the Brit Floyd video team popped Ozzy into the exact moment the "there'll be no more AHHHHHH" scream in Comfortably Numb happened, just hours after the world learned of Ozzy's passing.
