We are proud and excited to share that we are the recipient of the Port Townsend Arts Commission YOUTH IMPACT AWARD for 2026!

Being recognized for the countless hours and devotion that our volunteers, educators and staff put into these kids is quite appreciated. It's because of them that lives are impacted.

This is a moment to look back at what we have all done together with pride and be inspired to keep doing more and greater work with our PT Youth Theater Ensemble this spring, and our next big show "Peer Gynt" in 2027.

PLEASE JOIN US for the award ceremony as part of Soundcheck Music & Arts Festival on February 27, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Food, awards and a dance party? Not bad.

All PTYT participants will be invited up to receive the award together and thank you Tobi Gulden McEnerney for being the soul that keeps it all together!

We are excited to announce a unique, engaging, and transformative Theatre for Dialogue Acting Class for ALL Port Townsend School District 6th - 12th graders - FOR FREE.

Jan. 7th - Feb. 11th
Wednesdays, 1:30pm - 3:00pm

Join us for this 6-week class in using theatre as a tool for story sharing, dialogue, and community engagement.

In this playful and empowering acting class, students will learn advanced improvisation and physical theatre skills from the world-renowned Theatre of the Oppressed (problem solving) & Playback Theatre (Storytelling), while sharing stories and devising short plays of interest to them.
