Razor Theory Frontman Chris Turner was the lead singer of Classic and Alternative Rock cover band Razor Theory, and is now the lead singer of XLR8!

Razor Theory was a Classic/Alternative rock cover band out of Poulsbo, WA. The group started with veteran drummer Steve Parmerlee and guitarist Christian Harding getting together to jam in the summer of 2013. They were soon joined by guitarists Jake Ogas and Scott Schulze, and the four rehearsed together for months prior to adding vocalist Chris Turner in February 2014. The band played a unique mi

x of Classic and Alternative Rock hits, unlike anything that current cover bands were playing at the time, inspiring older bands to start playing more modern rock songs. Razor Theory was actively playing from 2014 to the end of 2017, when the band disbanding after parting ways with C.T. He went on to be the lead singer of XLR8. Founder Steve Parmerlee sadly passed away in 2020.
