Boozhoo. This is Alysha Beaulieu. I created a business page to showcase Spunky Brunner, my grandfather’s, talent. I had recently just gotten to know my grandfather on a deeper level and one thing that is for certain; he sure is an artist with that knife of his. He’s been carving and creating pipestone pieces and diamond willow canes longer than I’ve been alive, all with great attention and detail. Some even ended up in museums or on display in various locations for others to enjoy, but most pieces are enjoyed by the locals of Ponsford, MN. You may have seen my grandfather at a local northern Minnesota casino, walking with one of his amazing diamond willow canes and witnessed the beauty in person. It is quite amazing to say that he is my grandfather and I am surprised that his talent is not reaching more of this world.
Hence this page. I hope to connect you to the artist himself, or even potentially have the other family members join this FB team too so they might help me, to get his dream going on spreading his work and creations for others to see and to want a work of art for themselves! I will be sharing any pictures I can, or if you have any art work done by Spunky Brunner please feel free to post to the page or comment under this post. ❤️ So far he has the business email, business page, and business cards.
