Shady Grove Music Camp is a two-day music festival founded in 2019 and held in Pocatello every summer
Catch us this year for our first transitional one day festival at Lookout point September 5, 2026. The star of the show at Shady Grove Music Camp is surely the musical acts and performers, but the event melds independent art installations, delectable food and beverages, yoga and meditation, craf
t vendors and camping for an exceptional music festival experience. A central playground with swings and some playground toys offers a great place for children and youth to stay occupied. The venue has served the Gate City community for decades, originally as a park for FMC employees and later as spot for picnics, family reunions, weddings and other gatherings. Shady Grove got its name in part thanks to the plethora of large elm, cottonwood and willow trees at the venue that offer an oasis of shade and a respite from the hot July sun.
