My name is Yash Jain and I want to help people get physically and mentally fit through my passion, video games.

I use to be highly dedicated to weight lifting and exercising, until three years ago I was diagnosed with generalized epilepsy disorder (if you run into my mom, please do not tell her, she is in fragile physical condition). After an epileptic event occurs, it breaks my workout streaks for days as I recuperate. Even on the days where I've fully recovered, I've sometimes chosen not to exercise. It's hard to stay motivated when you can't see progress or it gets reset frequently. I realized I wasn't alone in this feeling.

I created this app to help contain your visual progress in a game of your choice, even on the days that you can't workout. Sometimes we forget getting fit isn't so much of a physical task as it is a mental one.

Beyond my passion, I want to build Hero Trainer the right way from the ground up. A company that will always stand for human rights. When Blizzard made the choice to remove pro-Hearthstone player Blitzchung and two broadcasters due to their support for Hong Kong messages, we removed all Blizzard game rewards from Hero Trainer. I deleted my personal Blizzard account as well. I had many of my most fond memories playing Diablo II to Overwatch. It hurt me deeply to see one of my favorite game companies lose their structural integrity due to greed. But it hurts more for people in Hong Kong, who have watched their city burn down, and their basic human rights threatened. My decision will stand until they rectify the situation and issue a proper apology.

I am no hero, but I will do whatever is my power to make a stand and to build this company the right way.
