🍂✨ A moment to pause between seasons. ✨🍂

The Fall Equinox marks a beautiful point of balance—when day and night meet nearly equally before we begin the transition into shorter days, cooler evenings, and a slower season.

We’re celebrating that shift with an evening created to help you ground, breathe, release, and reset. 🤎

🧘 Fall Equinox Yoga & Sound Bath
📅 Friday, September 25
⏰ 7:00–8:30 PM

🌿 1 hour of gentle yoga
🔔 30-minute immersive sound bath with Idania, Idania Hansgen | Yoga Instructor + Soundbath 🧘🏻‍♀️
☕ Herbal tea afterward
💙 FREE for PG Rec members | $4 per ticket

Come ready to move gently, settle in, and welcome a new season with intention. Bring a sweatshirt, warm layers, or your favorite blanket so you can get extra cozy during the sound bath. 🍁

Registration is required for everyone, including members, and space is limited. Grab your spot through the link in our bio.

Here’s to letting go of what we don’t need, making room for what’s next, and welcoming fall. 🍂✨
