The new Creative Memories website has officially been live for over a month now—and overall, the ordering and checkout process really is easier! I hope you are enjoying the new look and ease.

With any change comes a few hiccups. The biggest one right now is that some customer orders are not being credited to the Advisor they intended to support… or sometimes not to any Advisor at all.

I’ve personally had a few orders slip through (that I know of), so I wanted to share a quick reminder:
If you’re shopping with me—or with any Advisor you love—please double-check that your order is connected to them before checking out.

Your support truly means the world to me. It allows me to keep building our crafting community and doing what I love every day.

If you are shopping with me (thank you!!), my link is in the comments. And just so you know—you will always receive a quick thank-you text or email from me so you know I’ve received your order. 🥰

Thank you again for your continued support—it never goes unnoticed!
