At this time of year it is customary to pause to reflect on all which we have to be thankful. So yesterday I held a Gratitude Party for my group of au pairs. I prepared a traditional Turkey dinner with all the trimmings and homemade pumpkin pie to express my gratitude. I am thankful for for each and every one of my au pairs both current and all those I have worked with over the past eighteen years! Their adventurous spirts, youthful enthusiasm, and caring hearts are the reason I have been with Cultural Care for so long!

The group was surprised to receive handwritten notes from their host families sharing with them how much they are appreciated and how they have changed their families for the better! In turn, the au pairs prepared an expression of holiday gratitude for each of their families...
