Attention Duquesne Students:

Did you dance in high school or would like to learn how? You're in luck! Duquesne University Dance Theatre is a student-run organization that offers various levels of dance instruction. Classes are forty-five minutes long and are once a week. Throughout the semester you will learn two separate dance routines that will be performed in a show at the end of the semester. We also offer additional classes in hip-hop, ballet, and tap. If this sounds like something you're interested in, we are holding auditions August 29th and 30th at 9pm in the main studio of the Power Center. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported DUDT last semester! However, we are back in action preparing for our Spring 2015 performance! We would like to share some important dates with you, and hope you will be able to attend.

The DUDT Company will be performing in Exhalations Dance Theatre Company's Choreography Project 2015 on February 21st at 8pm and February 22nd at 2pm at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. For ticket information please email [email protected]

Also, save the date for our Spring 2015 Performance which will be on April 25th and 26th. More details to follow!

We are excited to announce that ticket sales will begin this week for our Fall Showcase happening December 12th at 7:30pm and December 13th at 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

$5 for students
$7 for adults

Tickets will be on sale in the Union (across from Starbucks) at the following dates and times:

November 19th 1:00pm-2:50pm
7:30pm-8:50pm

November 20th 4:30pm-6:00pm

December 1st 6:00pm-7:00pm

December 3rd 4:00pm-5:00pm

Remaining tickets will be sold at the door!
