Amy/Amethyst is the sole originator and founder of Pittsburgh’s ORIGINAL vegan festivals, expos and conventions. She started the events as small events in the 90’s, watching th

em grow tremendously over the years, into the current events, which are the largest-ever vegan events in Pittsburgh, attracting thousands of people. Event names include (The Original) Pittsburgh Vegan Festival, (The Original) Pittsburgh Vegan Expo & Convention, among other names. The events have taken place in various areas of the city, with the largest (and current) at Monroeville Convention Center in Pittsburgh. We also have MONTHLY vegan events at J&D Cellars Winery in Washington, PA, as well as events all year, in various other locations in Pittsburgh and Greater Pittsburgh areas.
