Longturn Music A Pittsburgh-based community for creators and fans of underground house & techno music - Est. 2017 This grueling shift became known as the LongTurn.

In the era when America's Rust Belt got its name, factory workers labored on a 12-hour day or night shift for two weeks straight. To switch shifts, one group would have to work 24-hours straight and cover the labor gap. Longturn music was founded to give people with day jobs a space to spend their second shift. No bottle service, no passwords, just a dance floor filled with good people and good music.

Introducing our direct support artist for Friday's event Longturn Presents: Pleasurekraft, is none other than Sertac Sahin! Also playing a special techno set for us.

Sertac Sahin is a Turkish-born producer and DJ based in Pittsburgh, USA, known for his signature blend of Progressive House, Melodic House, Indie Dance, and Techno grooves. His music delivers deep, soulful experiences that captivate listeners and create lasting emotional connections on the dancefloor.

His releases on respected labels such as Particles, Incorrect Music, Kodai Records, Coral Tide, Go Deeva, Witty Tunes, and Xima Records have earned him a strong reputation in the scene. His 1984 EP, a collaboration with Dan Stark on Particles, reached #1 on Beatport’s Progressive House Releases chart, gaining international support from artists including Paul Thomas, Weird Sounding Dude, and Ziger. His latest release, Alive on Coral Tide, continued that momentum, reaching #4 on the same chart.

Sertac has shared the stage with industry giants, providing direct support for Danny Howells, Ralph Lawson, Matador, and Rodriguez Jr., demonstrating his ability to engage diverse audiences and complement world-class acts.

Beyond his DJ career, he is co-owner of InnerSound, an event brand focused on bringing high-quality electronic music experiences to Pittsburgh. Through InnerSound, he has helped shape the city’s underground music culture while continuing to expand his influence both locally and internationally.

With his refined sound, consistent growth, and unwavering dedication, Sertac Sahin continues to leave a lasting mark on the electronic music world.

Introducing one of our openers for this Friday at SideQuest on 44th at Longturn Presents: Pleasurekraft playing a special techno set, Coachelly!

Coachelly is a Pittsburgh-based DJ, producer, songwriter, and founder of Rave Grave PGH. Since beginning her DJ career in 2016, she has built a reputation across both open-format and electronic music scenes.

After graduating from Point Park University, Coachelly relocated to Las Vegas, where she established herself within the city's nightlife and entertainment industry. During that time, she worked in marketing and promotions for iHeartMedia while also performing as Event Talent for iHeartRadio's Las Vegas radio stations. Outside of the radio world, she held a residency at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, appeared at venues including Drai's after Hours, DJed events for Enrique Iglesias and the Las Vegas Aces, and built a presence within Las Vegas' underground dance music community.

Back in Pittsburgh, Coachelly continued expanding her presence in the region's electronic music landscape while focusing on music production and performance. She creates original music, remixes, and edits, and has shared the stage with touring artists including Volac, Mary Droppinz, and Dustycloud.

After a nearly two month hiatus, Longturn is back in Lawrenceville on Friday, June 12th, for an immersive night of groove-driven, peak-time techno with one of the industry's legends, Pleasurekraft! Pleasurekraft returns to Pittsburgh for the first time since 2019 when he played one of our Ian Brill Vault shows. He brings his deep, groove-heavy Cosmic Techno shaped as much by his background in film as by the dancefloor. With releases on Drumcode, Filth on Acid, Cocoon, and his own Kraftek imprint, we're expecting a big night for the techno fans. It's been six years. We're glad to have him back in the massive sound system and high quality production at SideQuest on 44th 🔊

Getting the night started is Borealis making their Longturn debut, followed by Coachelly making her long-awaited return, and rounding out the direct support slot is InnerSound's Sertac Sahin. All three acts are very capable of bringing some proper techno to the club to start our journeys for the evening. Bigger Venue, Bigger Sound. Don't miss our only event in June for a night of pumping peak time techno.

Prices were slightly increased from last time to make up for the higher production costs in this space. We hope you'll continue to support us as we bring high-quality events and artists to Pittsburgh. Early birds and pre-sales available via the link below.
