Art by Dwight Art by Dwight (Dwight Pritchett) is a Pittsburgh based artist. I am a Pittsburgh PA based artist working in a frottage style format. So much fun!

Creating with pen and ink, water color, acrilic paint and other mediums to find the essence in a drawing or a painting. Turning street textures like manhole covers into a finished piece of art. My inspiration came from my bicycle commutes to work. The streets of Pittsburgh are full of unique textures and historical manhole covers. Using oil pastels and a canvas I do a rubbing of the manhole cover

and some of the textures from the location. People will stop to watch and ask questions like what are you doing?
