Looking for a hall to have a party?

We have 2 prices:

We charge $400 and at end of night if place is swept, garbage bagged and no damage we refund $50. You can bring food/alcohol. We have a refrigerator. There are 2 bathrooms, air hockey, 90" TV, wifi, plenty of parking.The building capacity is 50. You can decorate the day before and have the bldg from 12:00 to 10:00 pm

Or you can do 4 hours for $250 and get reimbursed $50 if place is swept, garbage bagged, and no damage.
