While in his early twenties, he produced and performed an entertainment concept for the Orlando Magic NBA franchise that filled the stands with fans and established him as both a superior showman and innovative entrepreneur.
Today, Giovanni’s unparalleled ability to motivate and transform people and organizations has made him one of the most sought-after corporate entertainers in America, and his spectacular message has electrified over half of the country’s Fortune 500 companies.

Steve Beam (b. 1958) was the editor of The Trapdoor from 1983 to 1998 and the author of the Semi-Automatic Card Tricks series (10 volumes).

Beam became interested in magic by the age of eleven. Has worked as a Finance Director of the Raleigh Housing Authority in Raleigh, North Carolina. He served as the CEO from 1996 until his retirement in 2014.

Starting working as a part-time magician in 1977, specializing in close-up, card, comedy, and club magic.

Beam started his mail-order company "Trapdoor Productions" in Williston, South Carolina in 1978.

Erik Tait has won awards for both standup comedy and magic throughout North America, appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and was the 2018 International Brotherhood of Magicians Gold Cups Close Up Competition Champion. He took home 3rd place at FISM Quebec 2022, the world championships of magic, in the category of card magic. Erik is only the fourth American to accomplish this, and the first American to stand on the podium for card magic in two decades. He graduated with honors from the prestigious Humber College Comedy Writing and Performance program, which means Erik can academically prove why he is hilarious. Beyond that, Erik is the only magician in the world with a degree in funny. He has put academic theory into practice on some of the most prestigious stages in the world, including The Magic Castle, Second City Toronto, and the Hollywood Improv. His client list has some of the most recognizable brands in the country including Honda, Macy’s, and Bark Box.



Erik has also earned raves as an acclaimed burlesque host in both Los Angeles and across the Midwest. In recognition of his talent, Erik won the title “Master of Comedy” at the Burlypicks International Burlesque and Variety Arts Competition. Erik’s quick wit and easy-going demeanor have made him the perfect host of Quiz Box, the popular live game show that plays to packed audiences at Columbus, Ohio’s Shadowbox Live. But Erik has not restricted his creativity to live performances. Finally, Erik has been featured on Sirius/XM radio, and his debut standup album, Nerd is the New Black, is available on iTunes.

R. Paul Wilson is a writer/producer/director with a unique background in illusion and deception.

The writer/star of hit BBC show "The Real Hustle", "Scammed" and "The Takedown" is also a world renowned magician, has designed impossible effects for some of the biggest names in magic and acted as expert consultant and 2nd unit director on films like "Shade" and "Smokin' Aces" working with a who's who of A-list talent including Sylvester Stallone, Jamie Foxx, Thandie Newton, Melanie Griffith, Jeremy Piven, Hal Holbrook and Gabriel Byrne.

As a filmmaker he has written, produced and directed the acclaimed documentary "Our Magic"; zero budget feature "Con Men" and the multi-award winning Scottish thriller "Isolani".

Paul's creative method has resulted in films that far exceed the limits of their budget with a responsible but ambitious approach to production and is available for scripted film/television projects as writer, producer or director.
