Copper Cat Studio I am a self taught artist who began painting in 2020. I found myself drawn to the highly engaging and organic process of fluid art.

I discovered an incredible affinity for color. Fluid art changed my life from black and white to vivid and full of color.

My first time painting at my new house ! If you have followed my story for the last year, you have heard me discuss how my former spouse, who had harbored a secret jealousy about my art, worked to sabotage this just as I was getting it off the ground. Part of that had to do with my art studio that I no longer have .

I am back on my feet starting again. It is not idea since winter is coming so I will not be able to paint outside, but little by little I will get this back together,

I had a wonderful time painting which is what counts !

I met my goal of getting all of my paints and supplies unpacked and organized, as well as prepping to paint by my birthday. I did not plan to paint because of the rain ( paint outside ), but I did get a couple of colors mixed up .

I think you will be surprised at how these 2 paints come into play in the painting as a whole. These will fade out into the background. There just is no way to imagine what the palette is from these 2 paints - they mix with satin enamel base and the color shifts dramatically.

Stay tuned for the whole shebang!
