This is my mom. She's going to make me take this picture down but I wanted to show you my hero. My mom was exhausted. She spent the day running errands for my grandma, moving office furniture and riding around looking for a venue for my business. She had a migraine, I know because every sound and the light hurt her but she didn't say anything she worked. She moved heavy and hot lockers. I watched her ship out shoes, clothes and earrings. Take me to work and find me work. I helped her put together a bag for someone she was helping. She went to the doctors for my brother. And she had to run tech checks for her agents. Somewhere she managed to feed us, play with us and let us know we are loved. I often wonder if my mom sleeps. She up after me and before me. Is this lady human? My brother needed a breathing treatment but wanted to read his book and well this is what I saw 2 minutes after I heard the machine. Some people are blessed with mom's I am blessed with a real life hero. Every game is to get me closer to rescuing her evern though she doesn't know she needs to be saved. I love you mom and you the best best best. Don't delete my picture because your hair not wrapped you still the best.

My mom said you have to have discipline, dedication and determination to be successful in this world. My mom probably wasn't talking about World 8-4. She didn't mean stay up all night and beat the game, but I DID IT!

My first exposure to "retro" games...

My mom says I don't really know stress, but I imagine it's something like being in world 8-4 on the orginal Mario Brothers with 32 men and the game freezes. You try to pause and unpause but it doesn't work. You are almost there, you are about to beat Cooper and save the princess, you even have your flower power. Deciding on whether or not to hit the restart becomes the biggest decision of your life. Sorry mom, I disagree, this is stressful!
