✨We are excited to welcome Austin Eyler to the Rock School Faculty as our new Conditioning Coordinator and Teacher⭐️

A former Philadelphia Ballet First Soloist, Austin trained with renowned teachers John White, Margarita De Saa’, and Miguel Campaneria. During his career with Philadelphia Ballet, Austin advanced from PBII to First Soloist, performing leading roles in works by George Balanchine, Angel Corella, Ben Stevenson, Kenneth MacMillan, and more. He is also a former YAGP competitor and World Ballet Competition medalist.

Austin will bring a comprehensive approach to dancer health and performance through Strength & Conditioning, TRX Training, Corrective Exercise & Injury Prevention, Recovery & Mobility, Nutrition Education, and Mental Wellness & Performance Support. He will also lead Injury Recovery & Return-to-Dance classes, helping dancers bridge the gap between physical therapy and a safe, confident return to full training and performance.

We are thrilled to welcome Austin to The Rock School and look forward to all our dancers will learn from him! ✨

✨Senior Spotlight: Julia Barbeta, Orlando Ballet School⭐️

This Summer we are celebrating our Rock Academics Graduating Class of 2026. Today, we celebrate Julia who will be attending the Orlando Ballet School.

"I wanted to thank Mr. Stark and all the teachers at The Rock School for all the teaching, patience and dedication they had with me. I learned a lot and I will take everything I learned from you forever with me.
These were years of a lot of personal growth and professional preparation!
I also wanted to thank Nancy for always taking care of us in the dorms and my friends for the company always!

Drawing from his own journey, Etienne Díaz, Chief Program Officer, reminds dancers that success isn’t about being the perfect fit everywhere. Every company is looking for something different, and finding where you belong is part of the process.

The right opportunity often comes down to being the right dancer, in the right place, at the right time.

A “no” doesn’t define your potential. Keep going until you find the place that sees what you have to offer. 🩰✨

We are excited to welcome Anya Ivanova-Bojko to The Rock School faculty! ✨

With an accomplished career as a principal dancer, ballet mistress, choreographer, guest artist, and educator, Miss Ivanova brings more than 30 years of teaching experience to dancers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

She has performed as a principal dancer with companies including Donetsk Ballet and Russian Ballet Theatre of Delaware and has created seven full-length ballet productions as ballet mistress and choreographer for Cecile Dance Theatre.

We are thrilled to welcome Miss Ivanova to the Rock School and look forward to all our students will learn from her! 🩰
