her time. If you choose to read and get involved with this production, you will have access to what I call "the rest of the story". This is the story of the creation of Da' Soul of Jazz!, my ten years of researching / writing and its post completion. You will get to decide which is the most interesting phase of the journey. For these reasons I feel strongly that this is a project destine to be produced.. It's special. More importantly, the story of Jazz is special. The sounds emanating from the streets of this culture infused city quickly consumed this musically challenged Jersey boy upon arriving in New Orleans in 1998. I knew that, as the locals would say- "Nawlins" was the birthplace of Jazz, but what I went on to learn was that it was the sacred breeding ground of music and dance for this great nation. There is much to learn and know about the Crescent City and it's storied history. I believe Da' Soul of Jazz! is an entertaining window to some of the socially accepted influences that shaped Jazz and the traditions rich New Orleans culture known as the "Big Easy", which translates to "Easy to fall in love with!".
