CAST ANNOUNCEMENT!

Our first poet is Anjoli (ANN-JOE-LEE) Santiago (SAN-TI-A-GO)!
"I am Anjoli Santiago (she/her/ella) from Delco, and I've been writing poetry since I could journal. I didn't know it was considered poetry because for me it served as a catharsis. I didn't share my poetry until high school, and then I put it back on the back burner when my performance career took center stage. It was many years before I returned to a mic to share original work, my way of accessing stories that included people like me, without needing to be cast into a role to take space onstage. I can't predict what my words can do for you, but if nothing else, I hope you have a moment when you learn you are not alone in this human experience of suffering, love, woe, and wonder. "

Next up, we're bringing back the first show Deej ever produced! Coffee & Cocoa is a direct response to not seeing enough Black and Brown artists being highlighted and showcased. Deej's hometown, Philly PA, is ripe with talented Black and Brown artists of so many genres, so they intentionally created this show to find and highlight those hidden gems!

This month's show will honor national poetry month with an all poets edition! We have 3 Philly-based poets and one based in Las Vegas! Join us for the initial stream Thursday April 23 2026 at 8pm Eastern. It will be recorded and replayed on Friday April 24 at 8pm Eastern and Saturday April 25 at 4pm Eastern. We want to offer more opportunities for you to see our shows.
The show is on zoom.
Tickets are pay what you can, and there's a $10, $15 and $20 option for those who have a bit more to give. There's also an option to just donate money to the cause! Stay tuned for the cast intros! Link in the comments. See you soon! 💖

Hello friends and followers, esteemed guests, lovers and lurkers.
Welcome to Mx Nutz Productions! As a society, we are long overdue for having the conversation around accessibility and making spaces more inclusive so we have banded together to start that process!

The 3 of us are disabled performers who have had to navigate the hostile terrain of inaccessible venues and want to do something about it! We've learned that virtual shows are not only successful, but in HIGH DEMAND! Capitalism is a plague to us all and it takes all of our energy to exist in it. It's not always possible to physically show up to a show due to all of the logistics involved (transportation, parking, childcare, energy/stamina levels, and more). We know that it's possible to run a show in the comfort of our own homes. We know that more people want to see livestreaming options because it's 2026!

We have some ambitious goals for this project, including
- introducing ASL interpreters to every show
-reviving the virtual show community
-being intentional about addressing the sensory needs of the audience, cast and crew.

Comfort is paramount. People who have a good experience will come back. People who feel VALUED as an important part of the show will come back and bring their friends.

We want to be a part of changing the standard of how shows function. We want to show the value and the importance of access needs. We want more people to experience the beautiful art that we have to share. We hope you'll join us!

If you're a performer, please complete our talent acquisition form. We're leaning heavily on the VARIETY of variety shows! Burlesque, drag, singing, dancing, poetry, live music, acting, you name it!
