This is my wonderful brother Nick. He was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2024 and survived a breakthrough cancer trial that led to his complete remission. This kind of outcome doesn’t happen for everyone. Nick is committed to paying it forward, supporting the organization that funded his clinical trial so more families can access life saving research. Moving this weekend and documenting my studio for my new website (!!) I’m also preparing to auction a piece for Blood Cancer United, funding blood cancer research globally & a mission that saved my brother’s life. More to share soon.
In heavy times, I’m especially grateful to be an artist. I love my pet portrait work deeply, but I also feel the necessity to create pieces with meaning. Art is refuge & resistance.
