Sean King Fund for Inclusive Practices This memorial fund will be used to provide funds to educate and support organizations and individuals who promote inclusive practices. Narberth, Pa. 19072.

The Sean king Fund for Inclusive Practices was established to honor Sean through creating opportunities for inclusion. Sean’s life was a reflection of an inclusive community. He was an integral and valued part of his school, church, and neighborhood. From an early age, Sean was given the same opportunities as his older brother and sister. He went to a typical neighborhood childcare and preschool.

He was educated in a regular classroom. He participated in religious education, local sports, community theater, and dance. In these environments, he received the support and services geared to his strengths and unique to his learning needs to achieve academic progress, pursue interests and develop friendships. This Fund will honor Sean’s memory by educating our schools and community about inclusion and creating programs that promote friendships and learning opportunities between children, teens and young adults with and without disabilities. Contributions can made to Sean King Fund for Inclusive Practices and mailed directly to PNC Bank 926 Montgomery Ave. Thank you for continued love and support.

The Sean King Fund is most grateful to Upper Merion Parks and Recreation Adventure Day Camp administrators, counselors, and families who raised $2225.00 for the Fund by hosting a fun-filled camp event filled with activities highlighting inclusion. Campers learned sign language, created sensory bags and participated in an obstacle course. Mary Mikus, President, and Elias Rosen, Board Member, gave a well-received presentation on inclusion and the Fund. Pertucci's of King of Prussia donated water ice for all participant campers as a cool sweet treat!
