Dear Immersjawn Tribe,
In the tapestry of Immersjawn's vibrant existence, we find ourselves pausing this year, and with hearts full of gratitude, we reflect on the incredible journey we've shared. To the Mid-Atlantic/North East Burn Community, you are the heartbeat of Immersjawn, and we extend our deepest thanks for your unwavering support, boundless enthusiasm, and the pulsating energy that defined our gatherings.
A resounding appreciation goes out to the theme camps that transformed our space into a kaleidoscope of creativity. Your dedication to crafting unique and immersive environments added layers of magic to Immersjawn, making each corner a testament to the richness of our community. To the DJs who spun beats that echoed through the night, thank you for providing the soundtrack to our collective experience and igniting the dance floor with electrifying energy.
Paradise Lakes Campground, you've been more than a venue – you've been our canvas, a place where dreams took shape and artistic expressions flourished. Your support and openness allowed us to create moments that will forever resonate in the memories of those who shared the experience.
A profound acknowledgment extends to the volunteers who, like alchemists, turned sweat and tears into the alchemy of unforgettable moments. Your dedication, resilience, and passion brought Immersjawn to life, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
Special thanks to our Fire Team Leads, performers and effigy teams.
Rowyn and Lucas, your exceptional leadership illuminated the night for two consecutive years. Your dedication and outstanding contributions played a pivotal role in the success of Immersjawn, and we express our deepest gratitude for your tireless efforts.
Heartfelt appreciation goes to Nitty Gritty, aka Lisa McCole, and her team of rangers, who stood as guardians of our communal experience. Your commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community did not go unnoticed.
To our Gate Lead, Barbwire, aka Barbara Squire, your steadfast dedication at the entrance of our creative haven ensured smooth transitions for all who entered. Thank you for your tireless efforts in shaping the welcoming gateway to Immersjawn.
To our parking lead EZ for making parking and entrance smooth.
Extra thank you to Brian Rooney for the awesome job at placement.
A special spotlight on the hardest workers in the room, Darvin and Pete Stone. Two years in a row, you've been our MVPs, and your unwavering dedication has been the backbone of Immersjawn. Your contributions have not only been noticed but deeply appreciated.
Extra special thanks to our MASH medical volunteers. Your dedication to ensuring the well-being of our community adds an invaluable layer of safety and care. Your presence is a reassuring beacon in our creative haven.
As we press pause on the beat of Immersjawn for now, this is not a farewell but a "see you later." To the entire community, including theme camps, DJs, Fire Team, Rangers, Gate Lead, MVPs, and our exceptional medical volunteers, thank you for being the vibrant colors, beats, flames, backbone, and guardians in the canvas of our collective journey. The spirit of Immersjawn lives on, and we eagerly anticipate the day when we can reunite under the starlit sky.
We are in the process of reconstructing ImmersJawn. We will be back in 2025. If anyone would like to be a lead in the future , please DM us. Thank you everyone for creating such a wonderful vibe and event. See yas in 2025
