For all my clients I let them know that when they make an appointment you are reserving the right to have quality time dedicated to you at that time, so that time is valuable for you as for my example ($ 10 per appointment, cut $ 20) is a way to break down my cuts and value of the time dedicated to you, if you are not going to come to an appointment, tell us an hour before
