This soirée served as a powerful platform to celebrate the extraordinary resilience of individuals living with Sickle Cell, embodying their superhero spirit. As event designers and producers, we managed the space layout, curated an art exhibit representing Crescent's various programs, and organized a compelling film screening. The evening also featured a vibrant cocktail reception with a DJ and a silent auction to contribute to the $100k goal for Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Our engaging "Superhero Experience" fostered community unity, offering a convergence of education, inspiration, and action, while commemorating five years of the organization's tireless advocacy and transformative changemaking, and inviting guests to become allies and advocates.

We provided full-scale (360°) venue design for a seasonal festival held at the historic Devon Horse Show Grounds, overseeing all operations, logistics, and production. Our responsibilities included daily operations, staffing, technical production (sound, lighting, etc.), custom décor fabrication and installation, comprehensive personnel management, and all site logistics, ensuring a seamless and successful holiday season.

Our team was honored to produce this large-scale public experience at Philadelphia’s iconic Eakins Oval.

The site was transformed into a vibrant seasonal destination featuring the city’s largest beer garden, an active summer stage, and an engaging children’s play space.

Our comprehensive scope encompassed sustainable event design, the repurposing of existing materials, and the integration of community-centered art installations. We also curated and managed diverse programming, including the East Coast’s first 360° projection domes, extensive wellness classes, and major community gatherings.

Through meticulous infrastructure planning and technical production, we ensured a seamless operation that delivered lasting cultural and economic impact—strengthening community connection and engagement across the region.

Our team reimagined UT Southwestern’s trade show presence for student recruitment by transforming their outdated booth into a space designed for meaningful human connection. We eliminated traditional barriers, implementing a modern, open floor plan with eye-catching LED lighting and an inviting low-profile welcome desk. A central collaboration table was introduced to foster in-depth conversations, ensuring recruits felt genuinely engaged. Beyond design and fabrication, we also coordinated all shipping and transportation of assets, as well as managing the complex load-in and breakdown processes within union labor venues. This innovative design approach resulted in the “Best in Show Design” award at the ASBMB Annual Meeting, demonstrating our success in creating a future-focused and welcoming environment.

For PLL’s Championship game, our team was tasked with designing, procuring, and delivering temporary suite light-box structures. We provided comprehensive services, from initial design of the hospitality structures, graphic templating, and vendor procurement, through to the internal build and quality control. Our scope also included transportation of all assets and crucial onsite build management. A key element of this project involved training the client’s onsite personnel on equipment construction and assembly, ensuring seamless future deployments. This project showcased our rapid ex*****on capabilities in delivering specialized custom solutions.

As a long time sponsor of the Broad Street Run, Independence Blue Cross has invested in the regional community year over year. Our process for this brand activation involved close collaboration with management, identifying key messaging that focused on building a legacy in the community.

Our strategy was to create an experience that resonated with runners and their families. The centerpiece of the activation was a large, multi-colored running sneaker sculpture, symbolizing the collective legacy of the ten-mile annual race. Parts of the sneaker were made from reused materials from IBX’s activation the previous year further highlighting the legacy building message.

The exhibit invited attendees to personalize the artwork by attaching footprint stickers proclaiming what they hope their own legacy to be. Through this visual spectacle and interactive activity, we promoted the IBX brand and provided a memorable experience for thousands of expo visitors.

We partnered with Comcast Corporation to bring “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” to life through immersive decor for an influencer and Comcast community member screening of the film.

Our team was responsible for the complete design, creation, and fabrication of all environmental elements, transforming the space into a vibrant and interactive world inspired by the beloved Mario universe. From iconic warp pipes and glowing mushrooms to immersive landscapes and character-themed installations, every detail was crafted to provide attendees with an unforgettable and truly cinematic experience.

Earlier in 2020, we had the opportunity to work with South Dakota Tourism to create an experience highlighting the plethora of activities you can do in South Dakota! Our team was responsible for creating a temporary space to advertise South Dakota while also creating all of the custom branded items pictured below.
