Announcing the Winter 2020 installment of Black Boy Blue!
🔵
"The vessels that we were born into are the only ones we have. Our relationship with these vessels is often dictated by factors outside of our control. Genetics, environment, and culture are all key variables that inform how we navigate our bodies, both physically and psychologically. This exhibition is about exploring our relationships with our bodies and how we relate to one another through them. It is about examining how we reconcile the advantages and drawbacks of being Black and male in America." - R. Carter
