Hips The Party

Call

Hips The Party HIPS is a safe space for all Black folks & a celebration of the Blackness in the African diaspora.

HIPS is a celebration of the Blackness in the pan-African diaspora through music, movement, culture, art, food and commerce. It serves as a safe space for all of the folks in the diaspora and offers a platform for all Black creatives whether you're African, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latin, or Black American. HIPS makes it a priority to work with as many Black Women Creatives as possible in the Philadelphia area and abroad. For the past 4 years the vast majority of our talent, staff and collaborators have been Black women from artwork, planning, and production to performers, vendors and DJs.
