“The unknown can either instill fear or excite mystery. At the essence of mystery lies possibility. A particular magic exists in the darkness, for when you cannot see your imagination begins to work, creating what may or may not be there. Will we cower from or explore these deepest shadows? Will we squeeze our eyes shut and wait for the day, or relax into the the moment? What treasures can be found there, when we allow our eyes to adjust, moving forward and trusting our senses, our intuitions? Soft glows of bioluminescence, flowers that only bloom at dusk? Remember: a fire burns it’s brightest against the blackest sky. We are all keepers of the flame, though this power is often forgotten in the nightfall of our souls. It takes daring, decision, and heart to become our own light, but that choice is infinitely available. Welcome and embrace the dark, choose to see the vastness of opportunity within its depths, and then set yourself ablaze.”

We have studio openings available, 275 Sq Ft 12 foot ceilings, beautiful natural light, heated studio. This room can be rented individually or for up to three artists. Can also be used as storage space.
Studio rental comes with all access to our Gallery space, training and ability to work events, sell and trade art work, sales commissions, and networking for commissioned jobs.
Prism Studio is a collaborative collective of the arts and is fundamentally built on the foundation of teamwork, selflessness, creativity and love.

What does “sweet paradise” mean to you?🌈 The question swirled around in my head for days as I tried to determine what paradise meant to me. Was it a place, a time, a person, an experience?

After a lot of thought I realized for me it was a feeling. A feeling of peace, taking a deep breath of fresh air, having the stress of daily life washed away, a feeling of deep content and knowing everything is going to be alright.

The famous pablo picasso said it best “art washes away from the soul the dust of every day life” which as an artist i find insanely correct. When i’m creating art I feel closest to this feeling of paradise.
