Today is my mom’s Louise's birthday. It’s also my parents’ anniversary. Some dates never lose their meaning.
While we celebrate the life of a beautiful woman, we also honor a love story that continues to live on in the hearts of those she left behind. My dad misses her every day, but the love they shared remains as strong as ever.

Yesterday Catarina officially graduated from Central Bucks West High School. It feels like yesterday she was a little girl with big dreams, and yesterday she stands at the beginning of an incredible new chapter. This fall, she will be attending DeSales University as a Bulldog, majoring in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. She will also continue her commitment to service through ROTC and will join the Army National Guard during her sophomore year. While I am proud of her accomplishments, I am even more proud of the person she has become. Her determination, resilience, compassion, and willingness to step forward when others step back have shaped her into an amazing young woman. Whether serving her community, pushing through challenges, or pursuing her goals, she has always done so with courage and heart. Cat, this is only the beginning. There will be new challenges, new opportunities, and new adventures ahead, but I have no doubt that you will meet them with the same strength and determination that brought you here today. I could not be more proud of the incredible young woman you have become. Congratulations on your graduation, and congratulations on everything that lies ahead. The future is bright, and it belongs to you.

Yesterday was a big day for Catarina.
She officially graduated from Fire School, and we could not be more proud. Watching her dedication, perseverance, and commitment to serving others has been incredible. This achievement represents countless hours of training, learning, and hard work.
A special thank you to everyone at the Chalfont Fire Company for supporting her, mentoring her, encouraging her, and treating her like family. The fire service is built on teamwork, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve done to help her reach this milestone. And thank you for bringing her home in style. Seeing that show of support was something our family will never forget.
Congratulations, Cat. Your journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see where it takes you. Keep learning, keep serving, and keep chasing your dreams. We are beyond proud.
