An oil painting I did at The OG Gambler 500 this year in Madras Oregon !
The painting came together after a massive dust tornado nearly ended the whole operation entirely ! After setting up my old paintings for sale , countless canvas and prints were thrown hundreds of feet in the air , thrown all over camp and coated with dust - making them hardly sellable
I was really discouraged after that- I was really sure it would happen again and ruin the painting I was about to start on- but I reminded myself of the grit of all the dust- and carried on- if the painting was full of dust or trashed by wind so be it π¦Ύ
Thankfully my new friend Buster with the trout creek 69 fire dpt truck bought the painting and got his rig featured in the foreground! πππ€

After moving to Florida this year with the help of my gambler friend I thought it might be increasingly rare to get out to Oregon for the yearly signature gambler event - I ended up driving four days straight from Orlando!!
Then I gave a presentation on the gambler 500 at in London and interested my friend Heather, with . She has a private ranch and campground connected to hundreds of acres of BLM making the off road - trail clean up right up her ally, so we went together!
