My Second painting from the OG Gambler 500!

Wanted to get one with Mt Jefferson In the background so I set up right at the edge of Hooptie Camp - it was extremely windy and cloudy all day and almost rained several times but the gambler gods protected my painting from being ruined!

Shout out to my homie Sean_ABG who bought both of the originals from this year- as they both feature his builds ( the yellow batclaw Volvo and the red and yellow little tikes car)

Prints of these and previous years Gamblers are still available for 50$ - and I have large canvas prints of the OG trash Mountain painting for 150$

DM me for details or custom commissions!!!

Or come find me wandering gamblertown for suprise SPONGElort ! 🧽🥃

Near, Far, WHEREVER you are !!! 💕 💔 🧊

I won’t have the Camery this year- I didn’t have time to drive from Florida and back like last year

Plein Air from yesterday at the Wisahickon Devils Pool - while I’ve spent the past five years painting all over the country this one is a return to form as this location is several minutes from where I grew up!

An oil painting I did at The OG Gambler 500 this year in Madras Oregon !

The painting came together after a massive dust tornado nearly ended the whole operation entirely ! After setting up my old paintings for sale , countless canvas and prints were thrown hundreds of feet in the air , thrown all over camp and coated with dust - making them hardly sellable

I was really discouraged after that- I was really sure it would happen again and ruin the painting I was about to start on- but I reminded myself of the grit of all the dust- and carried on- if the painting was full of dust or trashed by wind so be it 🦾

Thankfully my new friend Buster with the trout creek 69 fire dpt truck bought the painting and got his rig featured in the foreground! 👌🙏🤙

If your interested in a custom painting of your gambler - I offer commissions for 300$ also I have four remaining prints of my OG Trash Mountain painting available for 250$ plus countless other bargain paintings available- DM me for details!

After moving to Florida this year with the help of my gambler friend I thought it might be increasingly rare to get out to Oregon for the yearly signature gambler event - I ended up driving four days straight from Orlando!!

Then I gave a presentation on the gambler 500 at in London and interested my friend Heather, with . She has a private ranch and campground connected to hundreds of acres of BLM making the off road - trail clean up right up her ally, so we went together!
