THE TIMELINE — YOU DECIDE
I’m asking the public, attorneys, journalists, and community leaders to watch these videos in order before reaching any conclusions.
This isn’t about asking anyone to automatically take my side. It’s about allowing the evidence to be seen in its full context.
Video 1 – July 2026
Footage that I believe shows my landlord’s wife inside my business without my permission.
Video 2 – July 2026
Footage from the period when the locks were being changed. The video also captures Escambia County Sheriff's Office personnel inside my business speaking about my patrons calling names such as 🥷s (listen closely) in a way that I believe was disrespectful.
Video 3 – July 25, 2026
The day before my arrest, I walked outside and spoke with a Sheriff’s Office sergeant. I asked, “What’s the problem, officer?” I then invited him inside to see the business, and he accepted. This video shows that walkthrough. I believe it’s important context because it occurred less than 24 hours before the incident that changed my life.

Footage that I believe shows my landlord looking into the business before later events unfolded. I am sharing it as part of the overall timeline.
Video 5
The full surveillance video from the night I was arrested. I believe it provides important context leading up to the encounter with law enforcement.
Videos 6–8
These videos show what happened after I walked outside. I believed I was walking into a conversation similar to the one I had the day before. Instead, I was arrested and injured. I am asking that these videos be reviewed carefully so the evidence not assumptions can determine what happened. I been deeply affected by these events, both physically and emotionally. I’m asking for accountability through due process, a fair review of all available evidence, and legal assistance from experienced civil rights attorneys.
