Friends! I’m holding a huge sale now thru Dec 14th. Everything remaining in my inventory is available for 50% off! I have never done this before and will never do this again.

This last year has brought a fullness to my hands and heart as I’ve embraced the sacred calling of Motherhood in a new way. It’s been almost a year since I last did anything related to my little business and surprisingly, that decision came easily and joyfully. I’ve loved being more singularly focused on my little ones instead of feeling distracted and stressed all day about running a business. Some day I will reimagine my shop, but for now I’m content to enjoy being creative in other ways.

Two year olds and toadstools.

Finished this piece today as a response to creative prompt week 2- finish an old piece you already started.

I’m loving being in the studio playing around and creating again without an agenda. There’s a poem hidden in the details on this one. A poem about my little boy and his big emotions and enthrallment with the microscopic world outdoors. He is forever teaching me wonder and curiosity.

We’d like to introduce Sonora Jude Hale. Her name means Pleasant Sounding Praise and we praise God for the gift she is. Named after her maternal great grandmother Judith.
Born at home yesterday morning at 38 weeks. 7lbs 15oz. Just like her brother, her early arrival and crazy fast labor (4 hrs) came in a beautiful and intense whirlwind. She just wanted to join us early for Christmas! Shepard is enjoying his big brother role as protector and sharer of toys with adorable sweetness.

One of my favorite times to Christmas shop is at the Christmas market. I’ll be set up there on Saturday with over 100 other vendors in the Park City Mall from 10-4 and it’s gonna be a merry ole time! I’ll actually be able to walk around a bit and shop from some of my favorite handmade vendors because my wonderful mother is coming along to booth sit with me, yay!
