One simple tip that can make your party more enjoyable…

I often see parents with faces pressed up against the screen watching their littles bounce. But some parents just want to take a load off while their kids get out that energy.

If you’re planning an outdoor party this summer, try setting up a small “parent zone” near the bounce house.

A few lawn chairs, a cooler with bottled water, and a little shade gives parents a comfortable place to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. It’s a simple addition that helps everyone enjoy the party.

Sometimes it’s the little details that guests remember most!

🎉 What a great way to wrap up this season of **Thursday Nights in Pella!** We had a wonderful time seeing so many families out enjoying the evening. While Thursday Nights may be over for the year, there's still plenty of summer left to celebrate!

A special thank you to the **Light House Foundation** for sponsoring the inflatable on the square. Their **2nd Annual 5K** helps raise awareness about human trafficking and supports an important cause in our community. We're grateful to have been a small part of the event and to see so many people come together in support, especially all of their volunteers that made it possible.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by—we hope you had as much fun as we did! We look forward to seeing you at more events and celebrations before summer comes to an end. 🎈☀️

🌱 This Week’s Midweek Minute: Let’s Talk Lawn Care! 🌱

Why do we focus on lawn care? Because we care for your lawn just like we care for our own! 💚

That’s why, when we pick up an inflatable, we take the time to rake up any grass that may have been bent over. First, because it’s the right thing to do—and second, because it helps your lawn bounce back faster. We want your grass looking just as good after we leave as it did before we arrived!

☀️ This week’s tip: Let your grass grow a little longer during the summer and mow it regularly. That extra length helps shade the roots and protects your lawn from the scorching summer sun.

When we're not planning parties and setting up bounce houses, we like to do a little bit of gardening. The cucumbers are taking over and we've harvested 5 already. Looking forward to the tomatoes and sunflowers! The stand you see on the left is for our extras. Feel free to take some or leave some from the shelf. 😁

Here’s a little party planning tip that can save you some stress…

When you’re setting up tables for a backyard gathering, don’t forget to leave room for people to move around. It’s easy to focus on fitting in as many tables as possible, but a little extra space makes it much easier for guests to visit, kids to play, and everyone to enjoy the party.

A comfortable layout often makes a bigger difference than squeezing in one more table.
