Tonight, from Long Island, NY & from New Jersey will be on Buried In The Backseat with , 3am - 6am EST on the legendary WFMU; with live performances from both bands, followed by an interview with the whole crew! And if you can’t tune in, make sure to hit their station archives that are never deleted! And thanks to No Times for welcoming me into the studio, Medicinal, who asked me to be there, Kirkby for always making me laugh, and engineer .heartwormpill, who volunteered his time, experience, and knowledge!

It's fair to say that, of the 90s era of hardcore punk adjacent music, was one of the most important bands I discovered. They quickly found their way into my top echelon of bands and have stayed there to this day. They were just the right mix of sounds and styles, feels, and lyrics to pull me in and keep me there.I recall taking many long road trips to see them play live, and they never let me down.
So, of course, when I heard they were playing a reunion in Chicago, I immediately looked into the logistics and made it happen, despite the weather. The show eventually featured a great mix of bands from that era and newer bands that drew influence from then.
I do not feel I had enough time to truly experience Chicago as a city, and I will be back. However, I am thankful to Chris Baronner for making the show happen and for allowing us all to experience it with so many long-lost and new friends.
