Desio Art Studio My name is Christopher Desio and WELCOME to Desio Art Studio. In 2022 I became a Certified Bob Ross Instructor as a result of my hard work and dedication.

My journey started at the age of 16 year in 1988 when I arrived home from school to watch my favorite - Bob Ross! I found out that my dad was interested in learning to paint, purchased all the supplies and when he had no time to learn due to his work schedule, he gifted me all of his painting gear. I diligently listened and learned to Bob Ross, painted alongside him, read his books and then after

years of learning, I finally got the nerve up to take his course in 2019 which had to be taken virtually due to the Pandemic. Back to May of 1989, I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Ross. He was a kind man and he spoke in a soft voice - a bigger than life gentleman! I shook his hand and told him about me. What an honor! I would send him post cards with updates of my artwork continuing right up to when he passed in 1995.
