If you look up into the sky,
you may catch glimpses of different types of beings that inhabit the realm above us.

Sometimes you may see some of the warrior spirits protecting, cleansing, and fighting against other types of “negative”beings that want to infiltrate and influence this realm. Unfortunately, some have already gained access but they will not be allowed to stay too long.

There are many wa*s happening. Some are here, some are above and others are taking place in lower realms. Everything is connected.
“As above, so below”.

It doesn’t matter if you have doubts sometimes. It might seem difficult at moments not to. More so, because not everything in your life has aligned as you have wanted it to.

This is just a moment of transition. Everything is changing, but these changes will take time. Have patience and don’t give up!

🔮You are still being affected by the past. Your mind has too many memories. It’s like a computer memory that has run out of storage. Some of you may need to delete some files that have been stored deep within your subconscious, negative memories that do not serve your highest good anymore. You have may have learned the lessons but you have not cleared the pain associated with those memories.

Journaling can help you cleanse. Talking with a therapist or someone you trust can also help.
Another way is to clear while you are in the astral, either in waking life or as you sleep. You can ask for help before you go to bed, or before you start your meditations. Some of you may already be doing this in your dreams without having asked.

Shadow work is hard and takes longer than we think. Do not get discouraged. You ARE healing and things will get better.
