Terms and Conditions Paperblissph Invitations
To have hassle free transaction with Paperblissph, please take time to read before you booked with us. By entering into a business relationship with PaperblissPh, you (the Client) agree and consent to the following terms and conditions. ORDER TERMS:
-Minimum order required for Set Invites or Intricate Invite cover is 50pcs. Step 1: Complete and submit your order form.
-Only those with completed and submitted order forms will be booked. Reservation of your slot is 2 days only. Step 2: Send proof of payment and entourage list to us.
-For Set Invites order : A 50% down payment is required to place your order and before starting the layout. If down payment has been made, please send proof of payment to us. Our preferred payment method is bank deposit | transfer at BPI, Metrobank for local order. For orders outside Philippines, payment thru Western Union only.
-For Event details and Entourage list, must be submitted in WORD or EXCEL file only. Send to our email at [email protected]. Screenshots and handwritten details will NOT be acceptable. Step 3: Ordering materials to our suppliers.
-NO CHANGING OF MATERIALS and NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER once down payment has been made.
-NO DOWN PAYMENT will be refunded for CANCELED ORDER, once material has been purchase from suppliers. You can change materials and cancel your order as long as we haven't purchase your invite materials to our supplier yet. Completion of your order form confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified our terms and conditions. Step 4: Layout will be provided 3days upon payment has been made.
-All layouts are exclusive and original to Paperblissph. One FREE layout will be provided per set invite order. All provided sample layout is with watermark. We will removed watermark once you approved the layout and ready to be printed.
-Do not use the provided layout for your souvenir tags, menus, table number or any other printable materials for your events. Soft-copies are available upon request with corresponding copyright fee and in pdf file only.
-If you have preferred Invite layout, we cannot copy the exact layout as respect to the other artist. Step 5: Approval of the layout.
-Proofreading of the names is responsibility of the client. The text and wordings submitted to us will be inserted directly into your personalized Invites layout. As a result, Paperblissph cannot be held responsible for any misspellings or typographical errors of the names of. Please check all spellings of names for errors prior submitting your file. We recommend to have others proofread your wording.
-Once you see your invitation layout, consolidate all the revisions or errors and submit to us.
-All approvals must be confirmed thru facebook| IG page or email. NO Invite layout will be printed without your final approval. Step 6: Production time
- Once printing and production have started, changes and adjustments on layout will no longer be entertained.
-Lead time for set invite order is 30days upon your final approval.
-We will update you the status every week.
-We will notify you once your invite is done and ready for delivery. SHIPPING:
-Settle remaining balance upon prior delivery of the invite. We do shipped nationwide.
-Package will be ship via Lalamove or Grab for Metro Manila and LBC only for Provincial Area. LBC or DHL outside Philippines.
-Shipping fee is c/o client. Shipping cost will depend on the weight/size of the package and your location. You will receive the trucking number(s) shipping details once your order shipped. We take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition. However, Paperblissph is not liable for any damaged or lost during shipping. Client agrees to allow PaperblissPh to use photos of the final output and be posted at our social media accounts. Thank you! PaperblissPh
