FINAL WEEKEND of the Sparta NJ Renaissance Festival September 19/20
3 shows per day 12:30 Music (with mayhem) / 2:45 Crossbones & Clyde MAYHEM (with music) / 5:00 Music (with extra mayhem)

In honor of Talk Like a Pirate Day and 30 Years of the Crimson Pirates I'll be dedicating the 12:30 set to the Crimson Pirates with a retrospective. I'll be performing songs from the first 6 CDs including some deep cuts like Big Strong Man.

I want to give a big shout out to Judie Wrobleski. Judie has been to almost every Crossbones & Clyde, Crossbones McCoy, and Privy Pirate show this season. And has been a huge supporter of the Crimson Pirates for many a year (and probably spent lots of money on wh***ey and b**r). She's been photographer, videographer, sounding board, and quality control for me this season.

When I came out of retirement a few years ago, Judie gave me the best comment when I was feeling down about not being as good as I was before. She said that if she wanted to hear perfect she'd listen to a CD, but what she really wanted was to see me perform. That has carried me through this year's performances as I recover from neck surgery and I regain strength and re-learn to use my hands.

It's the fans that allow us to do what we do. And I very grateful to all the fans (and friends) who've supported me since as far back as 1991, and all the new fans who've come back to our shows several times. Thank you!

One more weekend Sparta NJ Renaissance Festival coming up, and possibly some more (stayed tune).

I'll be at the Tavern Stage and bringing an ALL NEW SHOW!
The 5:00pm set will be called "FRESH CHAOS: Songs I've never performed and may never perform again" - See the song list pictured. I haven't timed it out, so Saturday and Sunday may have different songs. If you're coming one day or the other and want to hear one song in particular, let me know and I'll make sure to do that day. (WEEK 3 I'll do it again - so do you have a song you'd like me to learn?)
