It took me an entire YEAR to nail down my handmade fans. I watched the videos, I listened to all the tips and tricks, yet something was still missing.
Videos showed me the HOW, but never explained how to properly wrap a lash fan, proper application on the natural lash. Most importantly never explained why the fans kept closing once I dipped it in the glue. Why I couldn’t seem to pick up enough lashes, and when I did they just would fall apart.

Once I understood how a creating a fan ACTUALLY works, I tossed those premades to the side and started creating actual ART. 💅🏼

Quick Reminder

I hope you're doing well! I wanted to send a quick reminder about a few updates coming to Fairy Esthetics.

Price increase: Starting November 1st, service prices will increase. Any appointments booked on or after that date will reflect the new pricing.

Facial services discontinued: Fairy Esthetics is shifting its focus to lash extensions. As a result, we've discontinued all facial services and unfortunately can no longer accommodate facial appointments.

If you're in need of a referral for facials, please reach out, and I'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

You’re not stuck because you’re bad at handmade fans.

I stayed on premades for so long because handmades felt too scary. Meanwhile, girls were texting me the next day saying half their set fell out. I hated my work and still avoided practicing. 😩

What got me moving was practicing every day, even when my fans were ugly. What fixed my retention was finally investing in real education.

Start small today. Then get the guidance that gets you results.

I went from answering phones at $13 an hour to teaching lash artists. My first sets were terrible, and I kept gluing eyes shut. I built this class so nobody has to guess for a year like I did.

4 ways I believe helped me grow my clientele

1. Being easy to book with. If your clients have to jump through so many hoops or go through a long list of steps just to book with you… it’s a turn off. They are going to quickly change their mind and find someone who is much easier!

2. Differentiated service: what problem does your clients have and how do you solve it? How is this different from everyone else?

3. The experience: this one is HUGE!!! Especially since word of mouth is such a strong way of marketing. If you give each and every client the best experience they ever had they will notice and recommend you!

4. Marketing: trust I truly just learned this recently. Once I started marketing to my actual target audience and clients, my books skyrocketed.
